Most likely, yes. Since there are 2 different people kissing, different saliva is being transfered onto one anothers lips, which if it continues, both lips are likely to become chapped.

This happened to me today, and after an hour or so, i could really feel it.

But use lip balms such as Vaseline or any other trusted balms that you are comfortable using.
