not for sure. i missed my period for a month and im not pregnant. there are other reasons for missing a period like being overweight or loosing weight or smoking or playing sports more than u regulary do. u should also check a doctor to make sure nothing is wrong with ur hormones. if u didnt have sex lately then u shouldn't worry about being pregnant. if u did then having a home test for pregnancy would be a good idea!
