This is an interesting question. Here are a few things you should know about C02 in airguns. When you charge a airgun with C02 it puts pressure throughout the system. This is fine while you are shooting the gun. But you should never leave the gun for a long period with C02 just sitting in the gun. The pressure will eventually leak out and may actually damage the seals. When I finish shooting my C02 guns (I own over 40 different air pistols) I relieve the pressure by backing off the cylinder in the gun. This removes all the pressure from inside the system an allows the system to rest. When I put in a new C02 cylinder I put a drop of Pelgun oil on the tip of the cylinder and when the cylinder is pierced the oil lubricates the internal system again. This keeps the seals fresh and pliable. Leaving a gun overnight will only eventually damage the seals.
Now I know that several grips need a cylinder in the pistol to hold the grip in place, so I leave an empty cylinder in the pistol with the thumb screw backed off a little to allow the grip to stay in place.
I've actually loaded a new gun to test fire it with 20 to 30 shots and then released the C02 gas. So the cylinder cost me about 45 cents. That cheap considering what it would take to repair all the seals. It's just not worth damaging the pistol for a few cents.
So to answer your question, "No" I never leave a charged C02 cylinder in my pistols.
There is no such thing as a "CA" tank.
Spyder Sonix can use any Co2 or HPA tank
its a co2 tank that is one of the best but i recomend that you use an N2 tank (air tank) because it is better for the gun
You probably could fill it, but not to pressures needed for paintball gun operation, CO2 tanks should not be filled with any gas or liquid besides CO2. edit: you could use Argon in a HPA tank but not a CO2 tank
Yes, the largest CO2 tank, the 24 oz can fit on the Brass eagle Raptor or any marker for with standard ASA threads. However not every marker can use Co2.
You can use co2 tanks if they are the anti-syphon tanks or if you put that on your tank put even then they are not recommended.
Well no a Co2 cun justs uses compresed Co2 intead of a spring or a batery Co2 if fairly cheap and are easy to use
Co2. Buying a Hpa tank for a cybrid is money that should be spent on a better gun.
No it can only use HPA because the CO2 will mess up the soleinoid and possibly damge your gun
Co2 comes out of a bb gun because of the compressed co2 cartridges that are used to propel the bb itself. Additionally, the bb gun that does not use co2 cartridges just doesnt shoot out co2, but air in general.
No. Nerf guns always use springs to pressurize a small amount of air in a small plastic tube, where paintball guns have a highly compressed air or co2 tank in steel or carbon fiber tank.
Yes in fact it is reccomended that you use higher! CO2 is all the same no matter what size the tank. If you can afford it, you should look into high pressure. This allows for a smoother shot and better efficiency.
