Most of the professional suppliers will not sell to you without a recomendation from a known tattoo artist..Many will demand a letterhead paper as well as a picture of your shop and even a copy of your health dept inspection... But dont worry there are plenty of sleeze bag rip offs to sell you supplies. Hope this helps.
