Licensing involves a 20 hour course normally over 4 days however such courses are often few & far between & not always in your area so some travelling maybe required also interpretation if you do not speak fluent spanish. Total cost with interpeteur expect to pay around 500 € ! Give or take. No license will result in instant closure of business & possible fine up to 15,000 €. Been there & got the t-shirt.
