No, not at all, and some people are even allergic to gold and gold-plated jewelry. The best kind of earrings to use when you first get your ears pierced are the ones made of surgical steel. They are cheaper than gold, and there may be less chance of skin irritation than there would be with gold or silver earrings.

So I know it's vague but I'd say the nose piercings are anywhere from $20 to $40. I had mine done some place else for $25. But they used a gun instead of a needle (the gun has a chance of shattering your cartilage in your nose)
