If they did then America would not be so obese.
There are only two easy, cheap, guaranteed ways of loosing weight:
* eat less calories (choose healthier foods, quality counts, quantity no problem) * burn more calories (exercise or be on the move as much as possible) Tablets cannot teach you or force you to exercise! Some tablets just make you stop eating. If you don't eat properly you will die!
If you need help, join "Weight-Watchers" or any other dieting group.
Alternatively, get your own group together or a friend to diet together.
