Hi, :-) In response to your question, some Women do experience "feeling flushed" during or prior to Ovulation and also experience mild abdominal cramping. A good way to tell if you are Ovulating, is by looking at your Cervic Mucus. If the CM looks like egg-whites then this a very good indication that you are Ovulating.
