This really is not enough information to go on. Health really depends far more on BMI (Mody Mass Index) that on weight. If you are 6 foot and 128.5, you are sickly. If you are 4 foot and 128.5, you may be overweight. It is all relative. You want to aim for a healthy BMI over purely looking at your weight. Good luck.
