No but a card would be nice
Not unless it is a birthday or other celebration. If in doubt, check with the hostess.
If you were invited to a birthday party at a restaurant by someone other than the Guest of honour, then check with them. Generally speaking the host is the one to pay for the guest of honour. You should be prepared to pay for your own meal and drinks and bring a gift for the guest of honour unless the invitation says "no gifts" in which case a card is appropriate.
no
At Chili's we say it's fun and true 'specially when we sing for you Good news is we sing for free Bad news is we sing off key Sound off Happy Sound off Birthday Bring it on doww Happy Birthday to you
When there is a birthday party and you bring a gift you should also bring your own bottle of wine. If guests bring expensive alcohol it is generally etiquette to leave it behind, but with the high economy often the host or hostess will insist the person take what is left of their alcohol home with them.
no but you do need a reservation if you are going to eat in their restaurant. hope this helped i have been to a store before for my birthday, the one in atlanta and if you eat in their restaurant for your birthday they give you an adorable little doll shirt that says lets celebrate on it. they also give you a doll-sized balloon and if you bring your doll they have a little chair for it and a birthday sticker. it's AWESOME :)
It is not good etiquette to bring a steak knife to a restaurant. They normally would provide them.
Yes.
A chef
They bring food to your table at a restaurant.
Birthday cakes help in age transition, in other words if you have for example a teen boy and it's his birthday, bring him a birthday cake and click on it snf make him blow the candles and afterwords he's gonna grow up to an adult. Same thing happens with toddlers and babies and also children , but u'll have to bring them to the cake yourself while holding them (that is if they are a baby or a toddler) u'll just clcik on the cake and it will say bring "baby name" to cake and then he will grow up to the next level.
Not enough because it was hosted by idiotic brits
