Personally, I am against it. The Bible speaks against it too.
To see Bible verses that speak against the like, see related question. (It's a link at the bottom of the answer).

Yes I do.
The bible has nothing to do with it.

I agree with the concept of same-sex marriage. Some people cite the bible as a reason to stand up against it, but I don't agree with that. I've read the book, I know what it says in Leviticus, and I've seen it spelled out in CAPS locked letters by angry people. But someone who wants to get married to someone of the same sex, isn't doing so against their will. They're aware of the magnitude of their decision. Ultimately they are doing what makes them happy. The bible says that if you divorce someone, you commit adultery. You never hear the people who complain about gay marriage talk about that do you? No, and it's because a lot of them have gotten divorces. The problem with that is, people are picking and choosing. You can't cherry pick what you agree with in a religion and then toss the rest out. You can't condemn proponents of same sex marriage to hell and then violate one of the ten commandments. The people that do are hypocrites. Through all the anger on the topic of Christianity, you have to remember that Jesus was all about love.
In the bible, there's the tale of Sodom. Where a man named Lot housed two angels in his home. The male citizens of Sodom basically said "Hey, Lot, bring out those men at your house so we can have sex with them!" They even break the door down! The story ends with Sodom being destroyed with fire and Brimstone. A lot of anti-gay marriage people say that that tale is an example of why gays are an atrocity. But, personally I believe that that tale is just an example of why rape and sexual assault is an atrocity! If a man breaks down a woman's door with full intention of having sex with her against her will, it's called rape, but we don't condemn same-sex marriage do we? No, we condemn the act. I apologize that this is getting so long, but it's a big issue!
People have also said that if gays are allowed to marry, the floodgates will open and pretty soon people will be able to marry their dogs! I don't agree with that argument either, because it's totally dehumanizing gays. Gays aren't subhuman creatures, they're human and they should have all the rights everyone else has. You know who viewed other humans as subhuman? Hitler. I don't believe that there are any downsides to letting gays marry. People are finally, truly, opening up the concept now, and it's a shame it took this long!
No, I do not agree. My family has only benefited from its legalization.
The Pope.
No I don't
Both sides agree that no religion should be forced to marry same-sex couples. Both sides agree that marriage requirements should be left up to the individual states.
no
When you both reach the age of majority, you both can marry. Listen to why your family doesn't agree (you don't have to agree)--they may have good reasons. You will both have to be tolerant of each other's beliefs to have a successful marriage.
it takes her one day
Because when getting married you make a mutual agreement. In arranged marriage if one does not agree to be married, one is forced. This makes the marriage a unhealthy one.
It is unfortunate that your family does not agree, but it's your marriage, not theirs. Go ahead and get married, and may the two of you be happy together.
No, the Pope viewed this marriage as Bigamous, as no papal dissolution of his marriage to Catherine of Aragon had been given.
Be 18 years old, and all agree to get married without force.
I believe BOTH marriage partners should share.
