No they do not. Tight pants are becoming more and more common in today's society. It is a shame that brief shorts for boys & youths have gotten the stigma of being somehow "queer," "sissy," "outre." Virtually all lads look most smart & handsome in dashingly trim shorts (evidence certainly seems to show a lot of people think so, and that even boys themselves would like wearing them if it were not for these "problems"). But the why of this is another question...
