The answer to your question is that some straight, bisexual, and gay men wear makeup. Wearing makeup or not wearing it is not an indication of sexuality.
Gender roles are the roles that a culture expects people of a certain gender to take on. For example, for centuries, women were expected to stay at home to cook, clean, and have babies. Now our culture has changed so that women are expected to be providers for their family nearly as much as men. If you look at men in the 1700s, makeup was commonly worn on both men and women of nobility. It symbolized wealth and education in this culture.
Sexuality is based on what turns people on sexually. There are extremely masculine homosexuals as well as those that are very feminine. While an abundance of feminine traits often are found in some homosexuals, there are exceptions, so the only real way to determine if someone is gay is to ask them.
They often wear makeup to increase the attractiveness of their appearances.
Because they're afraid to. They think people will assume they're gay if they wear any visible makeup at all...and guys don't want people to think they're gay. (Note I said "visible" makeup...a LOT of men have discovered the benefits of covering up dark circles under the eyes and age spots, but that's about as far as most guys will go.) The strange thing about this "men who wear makeup are gay" theory is, some of the male celebrities who draw women to them like magnets, like Prince and Elvis, wore a lot of makeup. Elvis liked blue eyeshadow, James Dean wore mascara, Prince wears a ton of product...

Some do and some don't. Just as some straight men do this, and some don't.
Gay men wear the same kinds of underwear as straight men.
pink is a manly color and many men wear it though many gay men wear it to. So, you might get mistaken for a gay guy.
Not neccessarily; some men wear stockings "professionally" - male actors, for example, occasionally play women. Transvestites are (usually) men who like to wear women's clothes, but they aren't necessarily gay.
Some gay men wear rings or studs on their fingers, thumbs, toes, noses, tongues, ears, belly buttons, penises, eyebrows and probably a few more places. So,e also wear gold and silver chains round their necks, wrists or ankles. And some gay men wear no jewelery at all.
No they do not.
It's entirely the grooms' choice. Straight men do not have to wear tuxedos and neither do gay men.

In some States marriages between same sex males is not recognized, but the two men are just as in love as if it were a relationship between a man and a woman and therefore the gay men wear their wedding bands because they feel they are married.
