first of all it DOESN'T matter if they like girls with or without makeup. it just DOESN'T! if u want someone to like u it should be someone who likes u cause of ur personality NOT UR FACE! anyways if u sill want an answer im gonna try to help
first of all, it matters what kind of guy because not ALL GUYS want a girl with make up. they r sort-of like girls. boys may like sporty girls, girly girls, or sort-of emo girls (like me).
so really just do what you think is right!
