It depends on what has made her say that. If you went to the extremes then yes she probably does but if you did something petty like kicked a football into her garden or something similar she won't

well theres the thing where she says aww i hate you which would be kidding and usually comes with a little poke on your arm or a smile.

then theres the arms locked to her sides steam coming out her ears i hate you, which means she really does hate you. do not say what did I do unless you seriously have no idea. if you say this it will just make her more angry.

Im a female whom does this to their loved one when we are saying i hate you it means were pretending to throw a temper tantrum to tease. Half the fun in a relationship is getting your turn to tease.

But other times she may really like and care for you either as a friend or more and she doesn't want to loose you, so she'll ask. And if the answer is a yes then the follow up question might be "why".
