Certainly so. I've been a smoker for the last 7 years and also an avid exerciser, but in the times I have quit, I noticed my hydration was quite better when not smoking. Also, with all of the chemicals contained in cigarettes, it's a no-brainer that they would effect hydration. Best we quit when we can. Good luck.
