It depends what age the boy is. It also depends on his personality, if the boy stares at you sharply at inappropiate places then he may like it when girls lick his face.
Also, I don't think couples lick each others faces, it's more of kissing their partner on different places.
All guys are different, not all guys are into the romance part. Again, if a guy looks at you akwardly, he may want to get closer to you. If your the type of girl who doesn't get involved with the immature guys, then just stay back and inform an adult about it.
