You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics. You need to place your cell phone in a zip lock bag with Silica Gel Packets. Silica Gel will remove all the moisture from the phone and its components, something air drying will not do!
Just Google "Silica Gel Packets" and you will find several companies selling these products.
There is also a web site called: http://www.SilicaGelPackets.com that has them.

What I do is I use a blow dryer and blow dry my animal. But if you do this, do not get your animal to close to the blow dryer. Or you can let your pet outside on a warm day. Or if its not too bad, you can rub him in a towel.
Wet your hair and towel dry it. Put a golf ball-size lump of mousse in your hand and rub it into your hair. Then use a blow dryer to help style it.
Use a blow dryer to dry up all the moisture.
The very first thing to do is safely unplug the blow dryer. I would then examine the dryer to see if water got to the inside of the blow dryer. If you find that water got into the inside I would personally pitch the dryer for fear of a later electrical shock when using it. If moisture get into the heating element, it could cause a shortage in the dryer when using because moisture could be trapped within it. If no water got into the inside for sure, just dry it off and let it dry for a day and use it again. If you are not sure, I would rather be safe than sorry. Get another blow dryer. A blow dryer uses convection as the primary heat transfer method. As the heated air flows over the wet hair, it transfers heat through convection, helping to evaporate the water in the hair and dry it.
If there are keys that got wet, and they won't work, try drying them with a blow dryer. You can also attempt to wipe them dry, or take things apart until they dry.
yes
If your white shirt got wet and you want to dry it, put it in a dryer, or let it air out, outside, until it is dry.
Could be the distributor cap and/or rotor. $20 bucks at your local parts store. Easy 2 minute change-out. To test. run a blow dryer on the distributor cap when its wet out. don't melt anything though :) if it starts after you dry it off with the blow dryer than you know its a faulty distributor cap. good luck.
You can try drying it with a hair blow dryer. If that does not work then heat your oven to 150 degrees and leave it in there overnight. If that does not work you will need to replace it.
