The only one i heard about was Lea Michele (rachel berry) but that may just be a rumor.
It's actually not a rumor...Google it, you'll find pictures of her smoking...as does Naya Rivera.

There is one picture of Lea Michele smoking. But it looks fake and she said that she doesn't.
