that really depends on the culture of where you live. If its primarily jewish, probably, Christian, probalby not.

*Depending on the restaurant and what they offer most are very busy. My town is mostly senior citizens so with reservations made there is little waiting.

No, many family-owned and individually owned restaurants are open late, or even all night on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Restaurants inside of hotels and resorts will be open too.
