if you eat things that are unhealthy (such as burgers, fries, cake, etc.) all the time it causes you to gain weight and there are major side effects ( such as high blood pressure, Diabetes, etc.) which can lead to bad things, you can eat them just don't eat them as your regular everyday food, and train to burn fat (you can walk mountains, around parks, the beach, etc.) keep a healthy lifestyle eat protein, vegetables, you can have a little cheat day every now and then, then walk all that fat off the next day. so basically the lesson is keep a healthy lifestyle and diet and you'll have good health.
