Difference between warehouse and godown in terms of excise?

Godown is an unorganised form of warehouse, its of Indian origin, its personal in term of store, like 1 retailer or store has its own godown, and any place can be converted to godown by storing products..

whereas for warehouse there are some parameters to be followed, i mean there should be specific height of ceiling, specific standards of security and storage by sorting products, and there should be enough space for movement of cargo and employees, everything should be properly arranged to its specific place, proper gate, truck pass, delivery reports, etc followed.
