taking in 2000 calories a day without properly burning them into muscle will turn u into a lump of fat.
Me for example, 15 year old body builder, when i first started body building i weighed 38 kgs, in two days time while taking in a bit over 2000 calories per day i gained 2 kilos just like that. good for underweight people, but really unhealthy if overweight.
