well ... Tomislav Uzelac was a student of FER, Croatian university of electrical engineering and computing in that time, working on mp3 software decoding. He created AMP, first successful mp3 software player. Later, two American students, Justin Frankel and Dmitry Boldyrev use that and made WINAMP. The rest is history :-) ... today Tomislav is co-founder of PlayMedia and successful game coder, owner of 2x2 games which have last game named "unity of command"
