I don't think so. I do believe that Kathleen Was a very difficult pregnancy and she was delivered by an emergancy c-section. I could be wrong but i think she was both. I'ms ure somewhere in those 11 kids in those 16 some years she must have done it naturally at one point whether she wanted to or not.
