If you have not have the pregnancy confirmed or done any pregnancy tests, but you suspected you was pregnant and now want to know if you still might be because of your light period - then the answer is yes you could be. But you need a blood test to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
No you can't be pregnant and still have your period. You can have a light bleed but not a period. As for the whole negative test thing, it could be a false negative.
