The cost of the material will run between $3.00 and $12.00 per square foot depending on quality. China blanks on the low end, but they are pre made, full slabs on the upper end. Fabricated and installed, well there are lots of shops advertising low costs per square foot, but usually the quality is terrible or they have a dozen hidden fees. If you purchase, get an iron clad cost before you pay them a single dime, otherwise some shops will use the unrefundable deposit (I know, no such thing) to add to the price at template time.
