The easiest (and safest) way - is to download them to a computer (via a USB cable) - then upload them to the new phone. Either that - or copy them to your existing SIM card - insert it into the new phone - and copy them to the new phone's memory.
You can buy a SIM card reader from a variety of places. I'd recommend the one from Dekart. There is a link to the product below.

This is not natively possible as of May 19, 2009. There are currently 2 iPhone apps - Air Contacts and Export Contacts that can do this. Apparently, contacts are backed up when the iPhone is through iTunes, but it does not offer the option to export. Go into your menu and select "Address Book." Scroll all the way to the bottom, and there should be an option called "SIM management." Select that, and you can choose to copy contacts to your SIM card, delete contacts from SIM card, or copy contacts from your SIM card.Note: you must go to the address book through the menu, not by selecting contacts. If you select contacts,you will not have the option to save to SIM.

Put the SIM card from the new phone into the old one. Copy the contacts from the old phone's memory to the SIM card. Put the SIM car back in the new phone - then - either copy the contacts to the new phone's memory - or leave them on the SIM card. Either way - the new phone will find them.
copy them to the simand then to the other phone it cane be done after "marking" all of your contacts and then selecting copy to sim and on the blackberry you just import them from the sim card
All your contacts/messages and other information aren't stored on a SIM - card, these data are stored in the mobile phone itself.
From your blackberry ,copy all your contacts to your sim card. Then remove the sim from your bnlackberry and put it inside the iphone. On your iphone do the import sim contacts. It is so simple!. Copy all contacts of android to your sim and copy from sim to mac mobile. You may use 3G sim for more contact list.
Contacts then scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and select "copy contacts".
if your palm smartphone can sync to outlook then you shouldn't have a problem or you can download a contacts application which lets you copy your contacts to sim then u can copy from your sim back to your windows mobile smart phone
