Yes, Dove and Dial are both excellent and cheap ways to take care of your tattoo. Make sure you are using clean water, a clean cloth or paper towel, and applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to your tattoo after you are done cleaning it.
Cleaning twice a day, once in the morning, and once before bed is recommended.

There are actually quite a few different special features of a dove. One special feature of the dove is that it is a love bird.

That is not to say that anything effectively matches the antiseptic properties of the Green Soap, but you can use this to supplement so you're not burning through it so quick.
