Yes you can, check therelated links below this answer for more detailed aftercare information. When using antibacterial soap be sure you use the liquid soap and dilute it with water as you lather it up, we want a nice runny lather so it is easier to rinse out of the piercing. Allow it to stay on the piercing and jewellery for a few moments then rinse the piercing with lots of running water while moving the jewellery to rinse the soap out of the piercing. This has been used by my clients with great success over the last 15 years with no issues. Happy Piercings
Alcohol should not be used on any piercing. Soaking your piercing in sea salt is best. you can also use non scented antibacterial soap to clean your piercing
When it's not healed, clean it with antibacterial soap of a liquid specifically for cleaning piercings.
No, you really shouldn't clean any piercing with alcohol. It is too harsh and will irritate the piercing. Also avoid things like peroxide and ointments. The best choice is a mild diluted liquid antibacterial soap and warm water in the shower.

Any piercing can become infected, there is no force field protecting a specific piercing from infection. Only proper daily aftercare cleaning will ensure the piercing will stay health and clean. Even if it's just moving the jewellery under running water daily during your shower, even this will ensure the piercing stays fairly clean.
No You should be using mild liquid antibacterial soap (SoftSoap Aquarium) and washing the piercing daily in the shower. Hand sanitizers and other products can damage the tissue your body is trying to form. They are not to be used on any piercing.
