Yes you can, but u need the USB/IDE or USB/Sata Extention which is a box with a small electronic device in one edge u see the usb and in the other u see the IDE pins or Sata, so u attach the HD to the pins that's all. you can buy this device for 10 $ i think it's available No drivers
