Missouri Game Regualtions appear only to require that it be a centerfire cartridge. However, I would encourage you NOT to try this- the 9mm simply does not have enough power for a clean kill.
I believe that a .270 caliber, .308, .30-30, and .243 caliber rifles are great calibers to hunt deer with. I think that a .30-06 is just a bit overkill, but sometimes i will use that. i use eather a .270 or a .308 most of the time when i hunt white tail deer
In states that do not allow the use of a high-power rifle to hunt deer, you may be able to use a shotgun loaded with buckshot or slugs.
It depends.. if you have a carbine length barrel and will be using it on a rifle with a carbine length barrel, then yes. If you took it from a rifle with a rifle length barrel, and are putting it on a rifle with a carbine length barrel, then it won't function properly.
A carbine is generally a rifle with a shorter barrel to make it easy to carry or to use indoors or from inside vehicles. (Example: M16 rifle; M4 carbine. Same basic weapon except one barrel is several inches shorter. Sometimes a "carbine" will also mean a weapon that looks like a rifle but shoots pistol-caliber ammunition or other weaker ammo. Example: M1 Garand .30 rifle; M1 .30 carbine (the carbine is several inches shorter, a few pounds lighter, and fires a much smaller weaker round, intended for close-range use only).
Depends on what you are going to use to hunt the deer with.
Deer hunting with a .22 is illegal in most states, including California. It's too small a rifle to use on deer, you're better off using it for shooting squirrels, game birds and pigeons.
There are carbine conversion kits which use the lower receiver of the Glock pistol, and mate it to a carbine upper, yes.
Spear and bow
First of all, you spelled assault wrong. Now for the answer. The Navy SEALs use the M4A1 Carbine rifle.
it was 3'4 ft long.
Yes, it is legal. Texas does not permit the use of RIMFIRE guns for deer hunting, but any centerfire is legal. Wh ile it is legal, I personally do not recommend it. Yes, the .223 can kill a deer. It will also wound a lot of deer. It is simply too small to insure a clean kill.
This Website will answer any question on Springfield 1873- http://www.trapdoorcollector.com/ A quick answer is the barrel on a carbine is shortened for cavalry use.
