An Apple iPod Touch is not supported as a phone. You may mean, the iPhone, which the iPhone 4 will be available to Verizon customers in February 2011. But an iPod touch only provides wifi (safari), mp3 files (iTunes), and some have camera/video. But you can not make or receive calls using an iPod Touch.
