No. Unless you're in a small enclosed area like a car with every window rolled up, and so much smoke you can't see a foot in front of you, you're not likely to fail a drug test off second hand smoke alone. In fact, if you try to use this as an excuse after failing a drug test, they'll probably tell you the same thing.
