No, you cannot take two tramadol 50mg instead of one for pain. It is important to always take the correct prescription from a doctor.

Can you take codeine and tramodol?

Codiene is an actual opiate, used for moderate pain control, and as an antitussive. Tramadol is a synthetic opioid and analgesic, used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain. Both are mildly addictive. What I've gathered it not wise to take together unless if prescribed low dosage. I received my meds from the VA Clinic, but I really don't trust my Doc since I told her That while in the service I was taking Paxil. Which is a no no when prescribing Tramadol.I'm currently taking 50mg Tramadol 2x a day and codeine30/Acetaminophen 300mg 3x a day and Gabopentin (nero-blocker which I hate)Taking 2 opioid drugs should be avoided. This multiplies the additive side effects, without a real "double efficiency". Moreover, you accumulate metabolites from the both drugs. If needed, your doctor must consider to higher doses instead of using another opioid.Occasional use (e.g. in Tylenol no 3) for migraine or additional pain (from another source) doesn't cause problem as long as you use it conscientiously.

Why is the cosine of 90 equal to 0?

That is the definition. If you take your unit circle (a circle with radius 1 centered at the origin (0,0). you start at (1,0) and go counterclockwise around the circle 90° you end up at (0,1) that 0 is the cosine of the angle 90° In fact, you don't even need the unit circle. Take a circle of any radius r, and draw a ray at 90 degrees. This will intersect the y-axis. So as above, the coordinates are (0,r) (instead of (0,1)) so cos(90 degrees)=x/r=0/r=0
