Air rifle ammo is as simple as a BB. the next ammo is a Pellet. Pellets come in different sizes and weights. The size calibers are: .177, .20, .22, .25, .357, 9mm, 45 caliber and finally 50 caliber. Each rifle or gun is designed to shoot a certain size.Crosman,Beeman,Daisy, GamoH&Nand a dozen other companies make pellets for air guns.If you are shooting Airsoftthen theBBs are generally 6mm and made of plasticAir rifle ammo is either BB's or Pellets, depending on what the rifle is designed to shoot.
The Benjamin 132 is an air pistol not a rifle, it uses .22 caliber pellets, not .177 caliber pellets. The 130 series of Benjamin pistols were models: 130 shot .175 Cal BB's 132 shot .22 Cal pellets 137 shot .177 Cal pellets If yours is a rifle then I have NO idea what it shoots
Depends on the rifle. Accurately? About 50 yards max.
No. Pellet rifles are designed to shoot all brands of pellets. But remember pellets, unlike BBs come in different sizes. So if your rifle shoots .177 pellets, only shoot .177 size pellets not .22 size or any other size. Never shoot BB's in a pellet rifle unless it is designed to shoot pellets and BB. It will say in the instructions if it can shoot both. Also remember that pellets also come in different weights. Light pellets will fly faster but are not as accurate as heavier pellets that fly slower but straighter and have more knock down punch.

The Gamo Silent Cat fires .177 caliber Pellets not BB's.
I believe you are asking about a Daisy Red Ryder. If so then they are designed to shoot BB not pellets.
There are literally dozens of air rifles (Not Guns) to hunt squirrel's. However I suggest that you use a Pellet rifle not a BB rifle. You should be able to find hollow-point pellets for hunting. These are designed to kill quickly. BB's are a poor choice for hunting. BB's make the squirrel suffer because the BB doesn't deform when it hits the target. hollow-point pellets do. Look for any pellet rifle that shoots between 800 and 1200 feet per second. Personally I select the rifles that shoot .22 caliber pellets over .177 pellets. The bigger .22 pellet is slower but has more knock down power.
Nope. Fairly snappy air RIFLE that shoots .177 pellets at 1050 feet per second.
It depends on the air rifle. All 177 air pistols and rifles fire 177 ammo. Some will fire, only pellets. Some can only fire, BB's. But, some can shoot both. And. Brake barrel air weapons can fire, special darts. But, DON'T, fire darts through a rifled barrel. You can do it but it can damage it. Only through a smooth bore barrel. When in doubt, check with the maker of YOUR gun.
yes, if you are in space at the time and have an air rifle, you shoot it out the window, you die because of the vacuum, but it is successful. you killed yourself but got a BB pellet into space. WEAR a helmet next time.
An AIRSOFT Rifle shoots plastic BBs. An Air rifleshoots steel BBs or lead pellets. Airsoft guns and rifles have an Orange or Red tip on the barrel. BB guns and pellet guns / rifles do not have a red or orange tip on the barrel.
