Yes you can but with circumstances, if the other cell phone is in your acct., all you have to do is go to the carrier and tell them what you wanted, but with some money in your hand. Cell phone company has rules and one of that rule is all about the privacy of the customer.

First response is correct, but if the acct does not have your name on it, or you don't pay the bill, then you MAY NOT retrieve other persons messages. It would be an invasion of privacy.You can , however , scroll the last numbers dialed or numbers of the incoming calls if you know how to work that particular phone. With the name and model number, you can get the info how to do this. If the text or message retrieval is password or access code protected , you may not access it without that info or permission.
