I am a private investigator and our lab recovers deleted text messages, call logs, pictures and video from any cell phone. We also have kits that allow you to do this at home. Call Tom for a free confidential consultation (866) 640 1010.
I discovered, to my surprise, that they are not really deleted. It seems that they are simply "blocked" until overwritten. If you use a tool like bitPim and pull the data from your phone you should see your messages.
This worked on my Katana (and surprised the heck out of me).

You can only recover deleted voice mails in a current session. For example if you call your voice mail and delete a voicemail by mistake after you listen to all your new voicemails it will give you an option to undo the delete. But it must be done before you hang up, once you hang up you will not be able to recover it.
If you deleted a voicemail message at an earlier date, you should call your service provider for details on retrieving a deleted voicemail message. If your service provider cannot offer assistance, consider usingrecovery softwareto retrieve deleted voicemail messages.
