Yes. I did mine myself.
It hurt, yeah but it didn't bleed that much.
If you want, you can attempt to use ice to numb it but it didn't do anything for me. Do it quickly tough. The slower it is, the worse it hurts.
Just go ahead and get it over with. I've pierced mine twice already with one, including my boyfriend's lip, two spots on each of my ear, and in a week or so I'm gonna try to do my eyebrow with one.
