Not normally. If the person comes to your door to collect the money then yes. But normally you have to give an account number.

If you use PayPal, then you can. PayPal offers a MoneyPak service where you can buy a MoneyPak with cash and instantly transfer the money to your PayPal account.

You can go to a local store like CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens or just about any supermarket that has gift cards, and you can buy a Visa or American Express gift-card. With this you can buy things online and in stores and they treat it as a credit card. Once it runs out you can buy a new one. These cards can hold from $5 to $3,000.

Not normally. Items purchased online are usually paid for by a debit or credit card. Since you cannot transfer funds directly from your account to theirs (you would need their account details), the only choice is to use a card.

No, it requires a bank account or credit card. You can't mail an envelope of cash to the game company.

You can use cash online if you have a way to send it electronically to the merchant, for example Paypal or Western Union can be used to transmit payments.

I don't believe there is any way to do that. You normally have to use funds you have in a bank or credit system .
