The Full Prescribing Information for Chlordiazepoxide/Librium does not mention it.
It is normal to taper the dose of benzodiazepines when going off them.
"it is advisable that they consult with their physician before either increasing the dose or abruptly discontinuing this drug."

Librium and ambien taken last night and suboxone taken this morning. All new from a new doctor. I have been very weak and unsteady the entire day. Which of these could be the cause?
They all can cause sedation and fatigue so it is probably the combination. Librium is usually given to help with narcotic withdrawal and should not be needed if you are taking suboxone, which also fights withdrawal. Ambien is a sleeping medicine similar to Librium (and so a bit redundant). If the goal is to get you free of addicting drugs it is questionable whether you should be taking the Librium and Ambien.

Everyone reacts differently to stopping the SSRIs (anti-depressants such as Lexapro). Some people take an even longer taper than you are mentioning and are sensitive enough to the medication that a taper needs to mean taking it once every 7 days, then 8 days, and so on. As an anecdote, I knew one person who could tell she hadn't had it 20 days later, so a taper lasted 6 months. This may not be reassuring, but I have been coming off Lexapro very slowly for 4 weeks and for the last 2 weeks I have had the horrible "zaps" and not only in my head but in my hands too!!!
