I'm not an expert or anything of the likes..but I have lost a lot of weight personally. If you are very heavy, it is possible to lose 5-10 pounds a week for the few weeks, depending how aggresively you work out and watch your calorie intake. I was able to lose at least 5 pounds a week for several weeks, but I was very strict. With that said, I am a strong believer that after every 12 pounds lost, you should increase your calories and lower your work outs for a few days even a week, then go back to a strict diet. I found this helps with the platu problem. I would work out 45 minutes and eat about 1200 calories a day, then on my break eat around 1500 calories and work out 30 minutes. This gave me a chance to take a break, go out to dinner and have a few cocktails...good when you have a long way to go. I ate meals high in protein, plenty of vegitables and fruit...nothing processed. But I don't think it matters, eat what ever you want watch the calories. High protein is important though, it will help you feel full. I ate several times a day never letting myself get really hungry. The first week I would be hungry at night, but that passes after a few days or so. I worked on running and rather then increasing the time, worked on speed and distance. Nothing else, just that simple. You can lose 50 pounds in about 15 weeks pretty safely...if you assume you will lose big weight for the first few weeks and then slow down. That is really around 3 pounds a week assuming you lose a little more the first few weeks which is totally reasonable. BUT you have to work out! I say walk/run..then run..then run faster. It's the best workout, easy and doesn't cost anything. One last thing...you must get losts of sleep. That is super key. 7-9 hours a night. No getting around it...you won't lose nearly as much if you don't sleep.
Yes it is possible, but 50 pounds in 3 months is not advisable (too much).
Not safely; in 3 months you can lose 24 pounds safely. it is possible to lose 50 lbs in 3 months only if your really are detecated and serious to lose that much but it might be very hard. it also depends on how active you are.
Tuna packed in water is a nutritious food and walking is excellent exercise. However, a goal to lose 50 pounds in 3 months is not considered a healthy weight loss pace.
To permanently lose 50 pounds - it'll take you around 5-to-8 months if you go on a proper diet & exercise and the more overweight you are... The quicker you'll lose 50 pounds. For example a 300 pound person will lose 50 pounds in maybe 3-5 months because there bodies (because of excess weight) burn more calories than a person at a low weight and... It may actually take a 200 pound person 5-8 months to lose 50 pounds Exercsie is also a factor - The more intenser and longer you exercise = the faster you'll lose 50 pounds
It is recommended to lose 2-3 pounds per week. To lose 22 pounds, it may take you 10 weeks or more.
Sure if you weigh enough.
about 20 pounds
The best I have ever done was 30 pounds in 2 months, starting weight being at 200 pounds, height 5'3". I did it by eating 3 small portions and 1 snack per day. However I did not execise at all during this time. I think 40 to 50 pounds in 2 months is possible if you're really motivated. No.
Although it is possible to lose 50 lbs in 3 months, it's considered dangerous. You should exercise, lower calorie intake, drink lots of water and avoid junk food.
That's irrelevant. You'll most likely die.
about 30-40 pounds it depends on ur body type and what you put in it.
Have a limb amputated. No really, you didn't gain 70 pounds in one week, how can you expect to lose it in one week? It would be aggressive to try and lose 70 pounds in 6 months. That would be 3 pounds a week and that is very hard!
