Eating only one meal a day is unhealthy for the body. Eating less will not make you loose belly fat, maintain your food will reduce belly fat. Reduce food size and exercise. The way I look at it is if you dont eat, you will no energy, no energy will mean you cannot exercise, so are you really losing belly fat by sittting around all day?

Your body will use up the calories it needs and it will store the rest. Also you will get what looks like a pot belly or you will look like you are 6 months pregnant. But fear not, if you balance it out with a smaller meal the next day and excersize you will loose the calories that were stored!
