Eating only one meal a day is unhealthy for the body. Eating less will not make you loose belly fat, maintain your food will reduce belly fat. Reduce food size and exercise. The way I look at it is if you dont eat, you will no energy, no energy will mean you cannot exercise, so are you really losing belly fat by sittting around all day?

Answer 2: Ask any doctor, nutritionist or personal trainer, there is no magic solution, the way to lose belly fat or any fat is to increase your activity level, basically some form of exercise. Walking is the very best because doing so uses all the muscle groups in the body. Use good judgement and limit your choice of empty calorie foods, soda, even Diet Soda, energy drinks, vitamin waters and the like, chips, etc. Good health to you💪🏊🏻‍♀️🤾‍♀️🚴
