If you are referring to Leukemia, then I would say no. The problem is that you're immune system is most likely more vulnerable than a person who is not afflicted with this, and to get a tattoo, you are taking on a needless risk of infection and complication as a result of the low count of your antibodies. Consult your Doctor and get his or her opinion on the matter before doing anything. Best of luck.
