Normal exercise does not cause miscarriage unless it was a risky pregnancy but then I assume you would not have done gymnastics if the doctor had told you.
Yes, if the miscarriage was recent then your hormone levels are still not back to normal and it could cause a false positive result on a pregnancy test.

A miscarriage is just the loss of one pregnancy, and aboput 1 in 4 to 5 pregnancuies ends in miscarriage. It does NOT mean you are barren. AFter one miscarriage a woman is no less likely to have a second normal pregnancy than anyone else.
No it is not, most of time bleeding around that time, heavy bleeding is due to miscarriage. Spotting is normal, bleeding is a sign of miscarriage.
Passing tissue early in pregnancy is not really normal, but it is common. It is usually a sign of a miscarriage. Generally there are cramping pains and blood loss as well. See a doctor to see if what you have seen is a miscarriage.
Bleeding during pregnancy is not normal. Any bleeding can indicate a threatened miscarriage. See your doctor.

It may not be. That was my only symptom and I was having a miscarriage. It can be a very small amount and still be a sign of miscarriage. You should tell your doctor so they can check on the status of the pregnancy.
