Wait 2-3 months. Water is filthy and thats horrible for a new piercing. Chlorine definitely isn't ideal for cleaning piercings. Dermal anchors are already tricky to heal so if it got infected, theres a smaller chance that you can get it to completely heal.

Dear Jessica,

I have been thinking long and hard about this and i wanted to wait until the right time. I feel like now is the right time, and I can't wait any longer, because i just want to say it to you every time we talk. I feel like these 3 words shouldn't be thrown around and that they should only be said when one means it. So here it goes. I love you.

Love, Matthew
