We just drove thru Xmas tree pass last week and I was in a 4WD Jeep Liberty, the trip was beautiful and easy for the Jeep. There were a couple spots that might be a little difficult for a car with normal ground clearance. The road is tight in spots so you need to watch for oncoming vehicles and leave plenty of room for them to pass. Jake D. 11-13-07
Christmas Tree Pass is located in the State of Nevada, in the USA. Use the starting point of Davis Dam or Laughlin - drive up Nevada Highway 163 about 6 miles to the Christmas Tree Pass turnoff. see the link for some photos http://travel.webshots.com/album/448262222JOJPJJ
Inspect the Cv boots on the axles for tears. If no tears are found then replace the wheel bearing.

Drive shafts, in general, are mechanical components that pass on torque and rotation with the aim of connecting other part of the drive train. These are the parts which can not be directly related to it. They are like the RNA cells in a human body since they also carry something and that is the torque. These car parts are often subjected to torsion, shear stress, and equivalent to the difference between the input torque and the load. Hence, it is but a requirement that they are capable of handling pressures. Anyway, for cars, how it works depend on what drive train a car is running to - rear wheel drive, front wheel drive and four-wheel drive.
Take off pass. front wheel and cover inside wheel well. i believe it is a 3/8 drive ratchet into tension pulley and push towards front of car. The belt will get loose to remove.
Pass is a low area between mountains, or to move or cause to move in a specified direction. But in your question, "pass" is a verb" and "drive" is a verb. You cannot use these two verbs as verbs together. We pass another car in the passing lane, for example. However, once we pass another driver or car, we passed them or we drove past them; the verb becomes past tense because the action already occurred. So the correct wording would be we drive pastanother car. However, in a sentence like, "Please drive past the mall", the word past modifiers the verb -- so past is an adverb, describing a specific way (direction) the person is driving. So, there is absolutely no situation in which you would write "drive pass". To drive, to pass are both verbs. You must write "drive past", so past modifies the verb.
