Yes, most piercers will. Others will require that you get it done at a larger gauge to remove the scar tissue. Keep in mind that generally it is more painful to get pierced through scar tissue.

∙ 13y agoGo ask your piercer about it. Some piercers do and others don't. A lot of those that do use a larger gauge needle to removed the scar tissue at the same time that they pierce your navel. I heard that piercing scar tissue hurts more so be prepared :3
Do you mean if the hole of it gets stretched? Because the exact same thing happened to mine and the ball of it sunk into my skin and skin kept growing over it. You need more room for it. You should go to your piercer and see if they can put a bigger belly ring in it until it heals.
No because you were born with a bellybutton that same shape and you can never change it. Ever!
i got mine done at twelve the piercer told me its bad because your torso is still growing and when your older it might not be in the same place and it may be on the side of your belly button. its best to wait till your maybe 15
It would depend upon how far you are into your pregnancy. The uterus will slowly grow in size and that is the hardness that you are feeling. As the uterus grows larger it will move further up into your abdomen and your entire stomach will soon be hard just the same! Good luck!
Nope. Just the same.

No, the needle is the same as any piercing.
The same size as the jewellery you remove form the piercing and then is starts to shrink moments after the jewellery has been removed.
Same place as humans. Where their belly button goes.
Yes they have. But its very rare and very hard to find a Malay girls with an outie belly button. Mostly Malay girls have an outie belly button is very slim, long black hair and good looking face. But some of them don't have an outie belly button. That's all I know. Because that time when I and my Malay friends go to the beach and have a picnic, I saw some of the my friend (a Malay girl) very clearly that her belly button is an outie belly button just in front of me when she chatting to me about something like a entertainment topic. And at the very same time, she wearing a bikini too. No, I'm serious. So... to be honest, its quite rare actually.Note:Meaning of Outie Belly Button - Outie Belly Button means that the person belly button is going out permanently.
