No it is against the law. You can get married at 16 with parental consent and at 18 without it. That is considered the age of "majority". At 18 you can sign a contract, buy a car, rent an apartment/house, join the military. At 15 you are just learning about yourself and the world. Why get married? It is hard to live with another person, pay all the bills, work, go to school, and do the everyday living when you are older. At 15 it would be nearly impossible. The only job you could get is not well paying and living would not be easy.
