Since it is a disease that affects the blood vessels, I would be pretty wary of tattooing you myself. I would go ask your doctor before getting one. If the doctor says it's okay, then get a note from him/her and go for it, but make sure you notify your artist of your condition and let him/her see the doctor's note before the procedure as well.

My mother was diagnosed with it in 1992 at 69 years old.She is now 86.she started out with painful rash on ankles and tingling in hands and feet.then her foot dropped into a club foot very shortly afterward.She also got very weak with weght loss and pain to legs and body.purplish red blotched skin on legs.However she has outlived her 10 life expectancy treated ,by 17 years ! I believe if she had exercized and taken her medicines as prescribed ,the remission and quality of her life would have been better.Thank you to University of Michigan doctors who study the disease
